Rates and tariffs

1. Bookings via email. 
2. 50% deposit to confirm booking.
3. Cancellation later than 2 weeks before arrival forfeits payment.
4. All the rooms have balconies and sea view
5. Breakfast is inclusive and is not served after 10.00
6. We are about 500 m from a lovely small secluded beach.
7. No smoking inside, only on the balconies.
8. The following is not available: braai facilities, aircon, swimming pool and no liquor is sold on the premises.
